Natalie Gail Richardson

I am a personal trainer based in Los Angeles. My clientele include men and women of all ages and body types.

I have worked in the fitness industry for over ten years. I have always had an interest in health and fitness. Born and raised in Ft.Worth, Texas, I became heavily involved in health and fitness through ballet, cheerleading, gymnastics and aerobics. I worked my way through college as a cheerleading, gymnastics and aerobics instructor. Upon graduation from Texas Christian University in 1996, I began my career as a personal trainer.

I provide my clients with exciting, personalized workouts that address individual fitness needs. I work hard for my clients and their results are proof!

Benny Nieves

A US Army Veteran originally from N.Y., Benny has been actively involved in sports and fitness for 32 years. Competing in organized football and baseball only made the transition to personal training easier. Benny incorporates all the training techniques that he used to successfully help him achieve on and off the field for results. With 15 years of experience and certified by the American Council on Exercise Benny also excels in Martial Arts and Boxing, which he implements into his work outs. Benny enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes. He is also a message therapist.

Come young, come old. It's never too late to start. Muscle soreness and stiffness, no problem. Helping my clients accomplish their fitness goals is very rewarding. I love my job!
